My goal was to do 10. I started my run at 6:10 am on an empty stomach. I should have eaten something before hand. I was going to do two five mile laps. The first five by myself and then the second five mile loop with Sabrina. I ran about 4 miles and felt weak so I cut off the last section of my run. Then I had some water and GU at home. Then Sabrina and I started off on our five mile run at 7:00 am. Right after we ran one mile her knee popped so we took the rest of the run slow and shortened it quite a bit.

Good run. For the last week or so I have been having a really small bowl of cereal before I go running. I haven't had any bathroom problems, and I don't feel hungry. I do use skim milk though.
